What we collect
Only what you put into the contact form: your name, your phone number and/or email address, the message you write, and any photos you choose to attach. Nothing else is collected, and there is no account to create.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry — nothing else. We do not sell your details, we do not share them with advertisers, and we do not add you to a marketing list.
Who can see it
Haymaker Valley Test Garage, and Westbound Atlas, which builds and runs this website on their behalf and therefore stores the message and delivers it by email. Neither passes it to anyone else.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The map on the contact section is embedded from Google Maps, and Google may set its own cookies when that map loads — that is Google’s embed, governed by Google’s privacy policy, and it happens whether or not you interact with it.
Photos you attach
Photos are optional — the form works without them. They are stored so Haymaker Valley Test Garagecan look at them when quoting, and the link to each one is long and random rather than guessable, but it is not password-protected: anyone given the link could open it. Please don’t attach anything you would mind being seen that way, and ask us to delete a photo at any time.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and any attached photos are kept as a record of the request so it cannot be lost. Ask us to delete yours and we will, without needing a reason.
